This is my selling journal. I'm an experienced seller with over 200 Positive Feedback on eBay. My eBay account is under the same name: Cityoffestivals. You may go check it out if you wish.

ITEMS:

Items are on a First Come, First Serve basis.

All items will be photographed (often with my scanner) and clearly described with all detail. This will include colors, sizes, dimensions, weight, materials, etc. Please be aware I'm not an expert on the items I sell but will describe them to the best of my ability. Most items will be unique and One-Of-A-Kind.

The Price for each Item will clearly be listed, as well as the Postage.

PACKAGING:

All items will be cafefully packaged; using bubblewrap and tissue for fragile, breakable items. The tissue is so the bubblewrap does not leave stains or marks on the items (as newspaper can ruin the item beyond repair). I will combine shipping where possible, although this may not always be possible. All items will be packaged the best way for that item. I will NOT skimp on packaging to get a lower weight on breakable items, so please do not ask.

Insurance is highly recomended on breakables and mandatory on any purchases US $50 or higher.

SHIPPING:

All items will be sent USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation (the green slip that's scanned at the PO) inside the USA.

I ship Worldwide. So yes, I will happily ship to the UK, Japan, Europe, Canada, Australia & NZ, or where ever you live - IF you are willing to pay the postage. You will pay the ACTUAL postage rate as quoted from the USPS website. This can include Air Letter Post, Global Priority Mail and even Registered Mail.

I believe in firm communications with my buyers. I will always notify you when: A) Your Payment has arrived B) Your item has been Mailed. After the item has mailed, I will give you the Delivery Confirmation number so you can track your package. DC is not available to oversea (foreign) buyers. I can, however, give foreign buyers the numbers off the Custon Forms and/or the Global Priority Mail Envelopes. Please be aware not all items will fit into a GPM.

FOREIGN buyers are responsible for all TAXES their country may charge on receiving Imported Goods. And please know the RESTRICTIONS your country has. For example, many items cannot be shipped to Italy...

I'm not responsible for the length of time it takes USPS to deliver packages. Mail can be slow, especially around holidays. In general, PM takes 3 to 5 days but on occasion it can be longer.

PAYMENT:

I accept Money Orders, USA Cash (concealed within a card or wrapped in paper within an envelope is best). You may also choose to use AuctionChex. This is a good way for foreign buyers to pay me if they don't have US currency on hand. For those who don't know, AuctionChex is an UK based company who will send me a US check drawn on an American bank. I believe one can use paypal to fund auctionchex payments.

I do NOT accept paypal.

I'm willing to wait 2 weeks for mailed payment, longer if it's coming from overseas - BUT I expect you to clearly tell me the payment has been mailed.

REFUNDS:

I only do a refund if the item is Not As Described. The item must be returned for the Refund, in the same condition it was sent. As I tend to point out every little flaw items may have, this really shouldn't be necessary. With the photographs and descriptions, you should know exactly what you're buying.
